McKinley PTM is proud to host One World, One Night on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6 – 8 PM.
This family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity for students and families to come together, share, learn and celebrate our community’s diversity.
McKinley families are encouraged to create displays showcasing a country, culture or group. Display boards will be provided by the PTM, along with art supplies and printing assistance if needed. Families interested in participating should gather materials in the first two weeks of April and plan to attend the event. During the event, families are requested to stay at their booth for the initial part of the evening before exploring other displays.
Students and their families can explore all the displays during the event and students have the opportunity to complete a scavenger hunt and enter the raffle.
Informational meetings will be held on Wednesday, March 13th at 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm to discuss details. Optional work events will be scheduled for the week of April 1st and 8th for creating poster displays.
